The Grace & Nelly Project Inc. (“Grace & Nelly”) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the empowerment of women and children through the implementation of sustainable initiatives at a grass roots level.
This Privacy Policy describes how personal information obtained by Grace & Nelly is collected, used and disclosed. The following policy is intended to provide information about why and how we do so.
Grace & Nelly is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information collected from its employees, donors, volunteers, and all other stakeholders. Grace & Nelly values and respects respect your privacy and recognizes that maintaining this trust requires transparency and accountability in how that information is treated. Through the online donation form and other activities, Grace & Nelly gathers and uses personal information. Anyone from whom such information is collected is entitled to and can expect that it will be carefully protected and that any use of or other dealing with this information is subject to consent. This Privacy Policy was developed in order to ensure those who deal with us are confident that their personal information will be handled in a reasonable manner. Whether you are visiting our website to learn more about our organization or you are making a donation, we are committed to respecting your privacy and personal information.
Grace & Nelly does not perform commercial activities; nor operate for commercial purposes; and Grace & Nelly does not consider its collection, use and disclosure of personal information to be a commercial activity.
Personal information is any identifiable information about an individual, including: name, e-mail address, mailing address, and telephone/fax number. Personal information does not include aggregated information that cannot be associated with a specific individual.
Reasons for collecting personal information: Grace & Nelly will only collect personal information where necessary. In general terms, Grace & Nelly collects personal information to consider, process and respond to: general and specific inquiries; and to accept and process donations; and to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
